403.759 Disposition of fees, fines, and penalties.—The proceeds from the registration fees, fines, and penalties imposed by ss. 403.75-403.769 and s. 526.01, as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida, shall be deposited into the Solid Waste Management Trust Fund for use by the department in implementing the provisions of ss. 403.75-403.769 and s. 526.01, as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida.History.—s. 64, ch. 84-338; s. 32, ch. 88-130.
