403.891 Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund of the Department of Environmental Protection.—(1) The Water Protection and Sustainability Program Trust Fund is created within the Department of Environmental Protection. The purpose of the trust fund is to implement the Water Protection and Sustainability Program created in s. 403.890.(2) Notwithstanding s. 216.301 and pursuant to s. 216.351, any balance in the trust fund at the end of any fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and shall be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.History.—s. 1, ch. 2005-289; s. 13, ch. 2008-114; s. 2, ch. 2009-23; s. 25, ch. 2010-205; s. 32, ch. 2011-4.
