403.9417 Recording of notice of certified corridor route.—Within 60 days after certification of a natural gas transmission pipeline corridor pursuant to ss. 403.9401-403.9425, the applicant shall file, in accordance with s. 28.222, with the clerk of the circuit court for each county through which the corridor will pass, a notice of the certified route. The notice shall consist of maps or aerial photographs in the scale of 1:24,000 which clearly show the location of the certified route and shall state that the certification of the corridor will result in the acquisition of rights-of-way within the corridor. Each clerk shall record the filing in the official record of the county for the duration of the certification or until such time as the applicant certifies to the clerk that all lands required for the natural gas transmission pipeline rights-of-way within the corridor have been acquired within such county, whichever is sooner. The recording of this notice shall not constitute a lien, cloud, or encumbrance on real property.History.—s. 1, ch. 92-284.
