403.942 Superseded laws, regulations, and certification power.—(1) Except for those provisions related to or rules adopted pursuant to a federally delegated or approved permit program, including ss. 403.0872 and 403.0885, if any provision of ss. 403.9401-403.9425 is in conflict with any other provision, limitation, or restriction under any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance of this state or any political subdivision, municipality, or agency, ss. 403.9401-403.9425 shall control and such law, rule, regulation, or ordinance shall be deemed superseded.(2) The state preempts the certification and regulation of natural gas transmission pipelines and natural gas transmission pipeline corridors subject to ss. 403.9401-403.9425.History.—s. 1, ch. 92-284; s. 15, ch. 94-321; s. 27, ch. 2015-4.
