331.341 Interim certificates; replacement certificates.—Pending the preparation of definitive bonds, the board may issue interim certificates or receipts or temporary bonds, in such form and with such provisions as the board may determine, exchangeable for definitive bonds when such bonds shall have been executed and are available for delivery.
