335.185 Permit conditions; expiration.—(1) The department may issue a permit subject to any reasonable conditions necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The department may revoke a permit if the applicant fails to comply with the conditions upon which the issuance of the permit was predicated.(2) All permits issued pursuant to this act shall automatically expire and become invalid if the connection is not constructed within 1 year after the issuance of the permit, unless the department extends the date of expiration, for good cause, upon its own initiative or upon the request of a permittee.History.—s. 9, ch. 88-224; s. 104, ch. 92-152.
