336.024 Distribution of constitutional gas tax.—Effective July 1, 1983, the State Board of Administration shall assume the responsibility for distribution of the counties’ 80-percent share of the constitutional gas tax in the same manner as the 20-percent share is currently distributed pursuant to s. 206.47; however, the State Board of Administration shall assure that county funds are made available to the department to be held in escrow for any construction underway on behalf of the county pursuant to resolution of the county governing body.History.—s. 65, ch. 84-309.
