336.046 Regulation of bus benches and transit shelters within rights-of-way.—Any bus bench or transit shelter located on a sidewalk within the rights-of-way of any road on the county road system shall be located so as to leave at least 36 inches clearance for pedestrians and persons in wheelchairs. Such clearance shall be measured in a direction perpendicular to the centerline of the road.History.—s. 17, ch. 85-180.
