348.0315 Public accountability.—(1) The agency shall post the following information on its website:(a) Audited financial statements and any interim financial reports.(b) Board and committee meeting agendas, meeting packets, and minutes.(c) Bond covenants for any outstanding bond issues.(d) Agency budgets.(e) Agency contracts. For purposes of this paragraph, the term 'contract' means a written agreement or purchase order issued for the purchase of goods or services or a written agreement for the receipt of state or federal financial assistance.(f) Agency expenditure data, which must include the name of the payee, the date of the expenditure, and the amount of the expenditure. Such data must be searchable by name of the payee, name of the paying agency, and fiscal year and must be downloadable in a format that allows offline analysis.(g) Information relating to current, recently completed, and future projects on agency facilities.(2) Beginning October 1, 2024, and annually thereafter, the agency shall submit to the metropolitan planning organization for each county served by the agency a report providing information regarding the amount of tolls collected and how those tolls were the agency shall submit to the metropolitan planning organization for each county served by the agency a report providing information regarding the amount of tolls collected and how those tolls were used in the agency’s previous fiscal year.
