349.061 Bond financing authority.—Pursuant to s. 11(f), Art. VII of the State Constitution, the Legislature hereby approves for bond financing by the authority any extensions, additions, and improvements to the Jacksonville Expressway System and any other facilities appurtenant, necessary, or incidental to the system or any transportation facilities herein authorized to be constructed, acquired, or operated by the authority. Subject to terms and conditions of applicable revenue bond resolutions and covenants, such costs may be financed in whole or in part by revenue bonds issued pursuant to s. 349.05(1)(a) or (b), whether currently issued or issued in the future, or by a combination of such bonds.History.—s. 9, ch. 2009-111.
