349.21 Powers conferred by s. 212.055(1).—Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any transportation authority created by this chapter shall have all the powers conferred by s. 212.055(1). The revenues provided by this section may be used or pledged to pay principal and interest on bonds as set forth in s. 212.055(1).
