367.1214 Utility name change; notification; commission rulemaking authority.—A water and wastewater utility shall notify the commission and its customers before changing its name. The commission may adopt rules that a water and wastewater utility must follow when giving this notice to its customers.History.—s. 3, ch. 98-42.
