379.2352 State employment; priority consideration for qualified displaced employees of the saltwater fishing industry.—All state agencies must give priority consideration to any job applicant who is able to document the loss of full-time employment in the commercial saltwater fishing industry as a result of the adoption of the constitutional amendment limiting the use of nets to harvest marine species, provided the applicant meets the minimum requirements for the position sought.History.—s. 5, ch. 95-414; s. 57, ch. 2008-247.Note.—Former s. 370.27.
