§ 379.3502

379.3502 License and permit not transferable.—A person may not loan or transfer to another person, unless otherwise provided by commission rule or order, any license or permit issued pursuant to this chapter, and a person, other than the person to whom the license or permit is issued, may not use a borrowed or transferred license or permit.
