409.5091 Department responsible for weatherizing agencies; energy assessment.—(1) The department is responsible for ensuring that weatherizing agencies comply with state laws and department rules.(2) Before a residence is weatherized, the department shall require that an energy assessment be conducted.History.—s. 3, ch. 91-287.
