410.606 Rulemaking.—The department shall adopt rules to implement ss. 410.601-410.606. The rules shall define each community service, establish minimum standards for the delivery of services, establish a fee schedule, and make other provisions necessary to implement ss. 410.601-410.606.History.—s. 10, ch. 88-350.
