413.082 Groups to recommend policies to improve access for individuals with disabilities.—The Florida Americans with Disabilities Act Working Group and the Commission on Human Relations, jointly, are directed to provide to the Executive Office of the Governor recommendations that identify specific policies that the state can implement to ensure the effectiveness of this act and improve access for individuals with disabilities who are accompanied by service animals.History.—s. 3, ch. 2005-63.
