414.37 Public assistance overpayment recovery privatization; reemployment of laid-off career service employees.—Should career service employees of the Department of Children and Families be subject to layoff after July 1, 1995, due to the privatization of public assistance overpayment recovery functions, the privatization contract shall require the contracting firm to give priority consideration to employment of such employees.
