420.5295 Applicability.—To the extent that provisions of this part are not inconsistent with contract provisions under the Rural Land Acquisition and Site Development Act, the Farmworker Housing Assistance Act, and the Community-Based Organization Loan Program, the provisions of this part shall apply to the disposition of lands acquired by the state as a result of the default on loans under such programs.History.—s. 13, ch. 88-376.Note.—Former s. 420.33.
