425.28 Fees.—The Department of State shall charge and collect for:(1) Filing articles of incorporation, $17.50;(2) Filing articles of amendment, $8.75;(3) Filing articles of consolidation or merger, $8.75;(4) Filing articles of conversion, $8.75;(5) Filing certificate of election to dissolve, $8.75;(6) Filing articles of dissolution, $8.75;(7) Filing certificate of change of principal office, $3.50;(8) Filing certified copy of charter or articles of incorporation of foreign corporation pursuant to s. 425.27, $17.50.History.—s. 27, ch. 19138, 1939; CGL 1940 Supp. 6494(70); ss. 10, 35, ch. 69-106; s. 58, ch. 90-132.
