447.409 Records.—All records that are relevant to, or have a bearing upon, any issue or issues raised by the proceedings conducted by the special magistrate shall be made available to the special magistrate by a request in writing to any of the parties to the impasse proceedings. Notice of such request must be furnished to all parties.
