462.13 Additional powers and duties of the department.—The department may administer oaths, summon witnesses, and take testimony in all matters relating to its duties pursuant to this chapter. Every unrevoked license shall be presumptive evidence in all courts and places that the person therein named is legally licensed to practice naturopathy.
