465.0193 Nuclear pharmacy permits.—Any person desiring a permit to operate a nuclear pharmacy shall apply to the department. If the board certifies that the application complies with applicable law, the department shall issue the permit. No permit shall be issued unless a duly licensed and qualified nuclear pharmacist is designated as being responsible for activities described in s. 465.0126.
