468.1205 Inactive status; reactivation; continuing education; application procedures; renewal.—(1) The board shall prescribe by rule continuing education requirements as a condition of reactivating a license or certificate. The continuing education requirements for reactivating a license or certificate may not exceed 25 contact hours for each year the license was inactive in addition to the continuing education that was required for renewal on the date the license became inactive.(2) The board shall adopt rules relating to application procedures for inactive status, the renewal of an inactive license or certificate, and the reactivation of an inactive license or certificate.History.—ss. 11, 31, ch. 90-134; s. 21, ch. 90-341; ss. 1, 10, ch. 90-345; s. 4, ch. 91-429; s. 186, ch. 94-119.
