468.1315 Saving clauses.—(1) No judicial or administrative proceeding pending pursuant to part I of chapter 468, Florida Statutes, 1989, on October 1, 1990, shall be abated as a result of the repeal of ss. 468.139, 468.140, 468.141, 468.142, 468.1425, 468.143, 468.144, 468.145, 468.146, 468.147, 468.148, and 468.149. In any such unabated proceeding, the Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and the department shall be deemed parties in interest and shall be made parties to the proceeding.(2) Certificates of registration and provisional registration issued pursuant to part I of chapter 468, Florida Statutes 1989, which are in effect on September 30, 1990, shall remain in effect pursuant to the provisions of this part.History.—ss. 21, 31, ch. 90-134; s. 21, ch. 90-341; ss. 1, 10, ch. 90-345; s. 4, ch. 91-429; s. 132, ch. 94-218.
