468.1665 Board of Nursing Home Administrators; membership; appointment; terms.—(1) The Board of Nursing Home Administrators is created within the department and shall consist of seven members, to be appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate to a term of 4 years or for a term to complete an unexpired vacancy.(2) Three members of the board must be licensed nursing home administrators. Two members of the board must be health care practitioners. The remaining two members of the board must be laypersons who are not, and have never been, nursing home administrators or members of any health care profession or occupation.
