§ 468.303

468.303 Rules.—The department is authorized to make such rules, not inconsistent with law, as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this part. The department is authorized to establish by rule fees to be paid for application, examination, reexamination, certification, and renewal, and for recordmaking and recordkeeping, provided that no fee shall exceed the amounts provided in this part. Fees shall be based on department estimates of the revenue required to implement the provisions of this part.
