468.4535 Exceptions.—This part does not apply when a student is ineligible to participate in a particular intercollegiate sport unless:(1) The student athlete’s eligibility to participate is restored in that particular sport; or(2) The student is or becomes eligible to participate in a different intercollegiate sport, in which case this part shall apply for the different intercollegiate sport.History.—s. 4, ch. 95-307.
