468.4365 Availability of disciplinary records and proceedings.—Notwithstanding s. 455.225, any complaint or record maintained by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation pursuant to the discipline of a licensed community association manager and any proceeding held by the department to discipline a licensed community association manager shall remain open and available to the public.History.—s. 11, ch. 96-291.
