468.512 License to be displayed.—(1)(a) A licensed dietitian/nutritionist may use the words 'dietitian,' 'licensed dietitian,' 'nutritionist,' or 'licensed nutritionist,' in connection with the licensee’s name or place of business, to denote licensure under this part.(b) A licensed nutrition counselor may use the words 'nutrition counselor,' 'licensed nutrition counselor,' 'nutritionist,' or 'licensed nutritionist,' in connection with the licensee’s name or place of business, to denote licensure under this part.(2) Each person to whom a license is issued under this part shall keep such license conspicuously displayed in his or her office, place of business, or place of employment and, whenever required, shall exhibit such license to any member or authorized representative of the board.History.—ss. 12, 20, ch. 88-236; s. 4, ch. 91-429; s. 13, ch. 96-367.
