468.527 Licensure and license renewal.—(1) The department shall license any applicant who the board certifies is qualified to practice employee leasing as an employee leasing company, employee leasing company group, or controlling person.(2) Each license issued to an employee leasing company, employee leasing company group, or controlling person shall be renewed biennially.
