468.809 Prohibitions; penalties.—(1) A person may not:(a) Make a false or fraudulent statement in any application, affidavit, or statement presented to the board or in any proceeding before the board.(b) Practice orthotics, prosthetics, or pedorthics without a license or registration issued pursuant to this part unless otherwise exempt.(2) A person who violates any provision of this section commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 10, ch. 97-284; s. 8, ch. 2008-121.
