468.8415 Renewal of license.—(1) The department shall renew a license upon receipt of the renewal application and fee and upon certification by the department that the licensee has satisfactorily completed the continuing education requirements of s. 468.8416.(2) The department shall adopt rules establishing a procedure for the biennial renewal of licenses.History.—s. 3, ch. 2007-235.
