475.6171 Issuance of registration or certification.—The registration or certification of an applicant may be issued upon receipt by the board of the following:(1) A complete application indicating compliance with qualifications as specified in s. 475.615.(2) Proof of successful course completion as specified in s. 475.617.(3) Proof of experience for certification as specified in s. 475.617.(4) If required, proof of passing a written examination as specified in s. 475.616.(5) The board shall implement this section by rule.History.—s. 6, ch. 2006-198; s. 16, ch. 2012-61; s. 10, ch. 2012-72.
