§ 479.04

479.04 Business of outdoor advertising; license requirement; renewal; fees.—(1) A person may not engage in the business of outdoor advertising in this state without first obtaining a license from the department. Such license shall be renewed annually. The fee for such license, and for each annual renewal, is $300.
