484.047 Renewal of license.—(1) The board by rule shall provide a method for the biennial renewal of a license.(2) In addition to the other requirements for renewal provided in this section and by the board, the department shall renew a license upon receipt of the renewal application and the renewal fee. A licensee must maintain, if applicable, a certificate from a manufacturer or independent testing agent certifying that the testing room meets the requirements of s. 484.0501(6) and, if applicable, a certificate from a manufacturer or independent testing agent stating that all audiometric testing equipment used by the licensee has been calibrated acoustically to American National Standards Institute standards on an annual basis.
