486.028 License to practice physical therapy required.—A person may not practice, or hold herself or himself out as being able to practice, physical therapy in this state unless she or he is licensed under this chapter or holds a compact privilege in this state under the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact as specified in s. 486.112.
