489.144 Investment of the fund.—The funds in the recovery fund may be invested by the Chief Financial Officer under the same limitations as apply to the investment of other state funds, and the interest earned thereon shall be deposited to the credit of the recovery fund and shall be available for the same purposes as other moneys deposited in the recovery fund.History.—s. 21, ch. 93-166; s. 509, ch. 2003-261; s. 8, ch. 2004-84.
