493.6117 Division of Licensing Trust Fund.—There is created within the Division of Licensing of the department a Division of Licensing Trust Fund. All moneys required to be paid under this chapter shall be collected by the department and deposited in the trust fund. The Division of Licensing Trust Fund shall be subject to the service charge imposed pursuant to chapter 215. The Legislature shall appropriate from the fund such amounts as it deems necessary for the purpose of administering the provisions of this chapter. The unencumbered balance in the trust fund at the beginning of the year shall not exceed $100,000, and any excess shall be transferred to the General Revenue Fund unallocated.History.—ss. 2, 11, ch. 90-364; s. 4, ch. 91-429.
