497.267 Disposition of withdrawals from the care and maintenance trust fund; notice to purchasers and depositors.—Withdrawals from the care and maintenance trust fund shall be used solely for the care and maintenance of the cemetery, including maintenance of monuments, which maintenance may not be deemed to include the cleaning, refinishing, repairing, or replacement of monuments; for reasonable costs of administering the care and maintenance; and for reasonable costs of administering the trust fund.
