497.603 Direct disposers, renewal of license.—(1) A direct disposer’s license shall be renewed upon receipt of the renewal application and fee set by rule of the licensing authority but not to exceed $500.(2) The licensing authority shall adopt rules establishing procedures, forms, and a schedule for the biennial renewal of direct disposer licenses.
