501.922 Violation.—(1) The department may enter an order imposing one or more of the following penalties against any person who violates ss. 501.91-501.923 or who impedes, obstructs, or hinders the department in performing its duties under those sections:(a) Imposition of an administrative fine in the Class II category pursuant to s. 570.971 for each violation.(b) Revocation or suspension of any registration issued by the department.
