§ 501.923

501.923 Injunctive relief.—In addition to the remedies provided in this act, and notwithstanding the existence of any adequate remedy at law, the department is hereby authorized to make application for injunction to a circuit court. Such circuit court shall have jurisdiction, upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant a temporary or permanent injunction, to be issued without bond, restraining any person from violating or continuing to violate any of the provisions of this act or from failing or refusing to comply with the requirements of this act or any rule duly promulgated under the provisions of this act.History.—s. 13, ch. 78-199; s. 2, ch. 81-318; ss. 4, 5, ch. 89-4; s. 4, ch. 91-429.
