507.08 Deceptive and unfair trade practice.—Acts, conduct, practices, omissions, failings, misrepresentations, or nondisclosures committed in violation of this chapter are deceptive and unfair trade practices under ss. 501.201-501.213, the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and administrative rules adopted in accordance with the act.History.—s. 8, ch. 2002-53; s. 10, ch. 2006-4.
