509.509 Purchasers’ remedies.—An action for damages or injunctive or declaratory relief for a violation of this act may be brought by any purchaser against an offeror, a trustee, a salesperson, or a tour generator. The prevailing party in the action may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the losing party.
