513.10 Operating without permit; enforcement of chapter; penalties.—(1) Any person who maintains or operates a mobile home park, lodging park, recreational vehicle park, or recreational camp without first obtaining a permit as required by s. 513.02, or who maintains or operates such a park or camp after revocation of the permit, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.(2) This chapter or rules adopted under this chapter may be enforced in the manner provided in s. 381.0012 and as provided in this chapter.
