520.24 Rulemaking authority; standard disclosure form.—(1) The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall adopt rules to implement and enforce the provisions of this part.(2) The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall, by January 1, 2018, publish standard disclosure forms that may be used to comply with the disclosure requirements of this part. Disclosures provided in substantially the form published by the department shall be regarded as complying with the disclosure requirements of this part.History.—s. 5, ch. 2017-118.
