526.11 Penalty for violations.—Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083, and, for a second or subsequent offense, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 9, ch. 16083, 1933; CGL 1936 Supp. 7315(10); s. 507, ch. 71-136; s. 717, ch. 97-103.
