540.04 Department of State to revoke permit of corporation found guilty of discrimination.—If any corporation, foreign or domestic, authorized to do business in this state, is found guilty of unfair discrimination within the terms of this chapter, the Department of State shall immediately revoke the permit of such corporation to do business in this state.History.—s. 5, ch. 6945, 1915; RGS 2520; CGL 3942; ss. 10, 35, ch. 69-106.
