540.06 Unfair commercial discrimination prohibited; penalty.—Any person, firm, company, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of s. 540.01, and any officer, agent or receiver of any firm, company, association or corporation, or any member of the same, or any individual shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.History.—s. 2, ch. 6945, 1915; RGS 5668; CGL 7871; s. 530, ch. 71-136.
